Knowledge - Understanding and Wisdom

God uses these three words together very often as He communicates with us. These three words are related. They are three important things for progressing in life. I have put these three words in order of process.
Knowledge always comes first, then understanding and finally wisdom.

• Knowledge means information

• Understanding means comprehension

• Wisdom means application

First you get information, but it won't benefit you until you understand it. Once you understand it then you can apply it.

"Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding." Prov. 4: 7

Wisdom is the principal thing, it is supreme - Wisdom is the ultimate goal in life but understanding is important.

Understanding destroys frustration! 

Its possible to hear information but not understand! That is why Jesus sent us the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit teaches the knowledge of God. He helps us to understand that knowledge. He empowers us to apply what we have understood.
Our responsibility as disciples is to be interested and to make time...A lack of interest causes us to remain ignorant.
When we are interested, we will be revealed all the secrets.

Jesus told His disciples:

"To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted."

 Matthew 13:11

Disciples means students. Students makes time and investments. We are all called to be disciples and make disciples of all nations. Disciples are committed. A disciples' interest level are different, they are higher.
Your interest determines (the subject &) the level of information you will receive!  God cannot tell us things that we don't want to know.

Jesus also said:

"When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road."

Matthew 13:19

We need to understand the WORD in order to apply and live successfully!

True...

"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God." James 1:5

True Wisdom comes from God and to know true wisdom, one must pursue a relationship with God. God is the source of wisdom. Wisdom begins with a right relationship with God. True spiritual wisdom is not what you know only but its a lifestyle.

"And you will have knowledge of what is true, and that will make you free." John 8: 32 (BBE)

Three areas which the devil wants to convince you that you cannot change:

1. Personality
2. Circumstances
3. Weakness

Requirements to hear the voice of God:

1. Attention
2. Humility
3. Time
4. Quietness

Understanding the difference between Criticism and correction:

Criticism is deadly – It points out your flaws
Correction is life – It points out your potential

Financial wisdom for leaders:

• God holds us accountable so we must be responsible.
• God is our source so we must not walk in unbelief.
• God finances every project He launches.

"The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogance, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate." Prov. 8:13 (Webster)

• The fear of the Lord is to walk in God's way and God's word.
• The fear of the Lord is to take side with God and His attributes and desire towards corruption.
• To hate evil
• The fear of the Lord is to be in alliance with God.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever. Psalms 111:10 

When one stands on God's word and does things God's way – That's humility

…and when he confidently confesses God's word and God's way – That's faith!

God is interested in families. A good family values produce a strong family. A strong family creates a safe, positive and supportive place for all members to thrive. They are examples for others. Family values are strengthened when we spend quality time with each other. Values are passed from generation to generation.

Leadership is not a title but a responsibility. Leadership is influence. Leaders have positive attitude and are strong and bold. Courage is the quality developped to stand up against adversity.

Wisdom keys include:

• Preparation + Opportunity = Success.
• Fasting restores spiritual order!
• God recompense three things - 1. Giving 2. Prayer 3. Fasting.
• The Government of God directs you and the grace of God supplies your needs.

I believe these teaching will progress and prosper your life. These teachings will nourish your heart and mind. It base on the unfallible Word of God and is anointed by His Holy Spirit.

Remember that 2010 is a year of manifestation.
